An American made Co-ordinate measuring machine with 4th axis and repeatable measuring accuracy of 2 microns. This machine is fully programmable and is used for in production quality testing, verification that customers parts are within tolerance & Reverse Engineering.

Swiss Type CNC lathe, Auto Barfeeder. This machine is capable from µ5mm to µ34mm , capable of gun drilling, mill (y axis), polygon machine, thread whirling, thread milling, angle drilling & tapping etc… we purchased this machine fully loaded and it is able to handle the most complex machining requirements, short or long parts.

Titomic Digital Cold Spray
Repairs glass, metal and casting plastics. The system uses compressed air to spray metal particles onto the surface of metals or plastics, allowing them to fuse without heat.
